David robinson is the President/CeO of D-rob sports & fitness training. David is an all around athlete that knows from personal experience what it takes to raise your athletic skills to the next level. his hands-on athletic experience makes d-rob sports and fitness training your pre-eminent choice when it comes to choosing an athletic and personal fitness coach. After graduation he played football for Oklahoma University where he won the Derick Shepard Award. He also played in two National championships (Orange Bowl and Sugar Bowl), and three big-12 Championships. He was coached by the legendary Bob Stoops. 

He later finished his career at the University of South Dakota, where he was an all conference wide receiver as well as a track all-american. He placed third in the 60 meter indoor national championships. David graduated from the University of South Dakota with a BS in Recreation w/ Physical Education emphasis; from Dallas baptist university with a MA in kinesiology w/ coaching emphasis;and is currently pursuing ACSM and NASM certificaitons.



David is a product of Dallas, TX. he participated in high school football, basketball, track & Field. He was a standout wide receiver and punt/kick returner for DeSoto HS and Kimball HS respectively. He was a three time first team all district selection while in high school. During his sophomore season he broke Desoto HS all purpose yards record as a sophomore with a total of 1050 yards  and 8 touchdowns. 

During his junior season he took back 13 returns for touchdowns on punts and kickoffs, as well as catching 60 balls for 1123 yards and 10 receiving touchdowns. not only was David a stand-out football player, he would also put on his track shoes in the spring and race to a 10.35 in the 100 meter dash while running track which was the second fastest time in the state of Texas at that time.
